Licenced PMR vs Licence Free
|
Ofcom licences the number of users sharing each frequency to ensure availability of the channel abd minimize radio traffic jams. Unlicenced frequencies are crowded, open for all to hear, with no limit or regulation of radio traffic. OK for a family outing but not for your critical communications. Make sure your radio can be reprogrammed to licenced frequencies.
